Refund Policy

Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge you again.
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time. If you cancel partway through a billing period, your access continues until it ends.
If you were charged unexpectedly — for example, after you believed you had already cancelled — contact us within 14 days and we will look into it.
Design purchases
Design purchases give you immediate access to your files. Because delivery is instant, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We will issue a refund if:
You were charged twice for the same design by mistake.
Your files could not be delivered and we were unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
The design was materially different from what was described in the listing. Contact us within 7 days with details and we will review it.
We do not issue refunds for designs that have already been used in a project or production order.
Production orders
Your payment is held securely until you confirm that your order meets the agreed specification. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, contact our support team before approving delivery.
Once you have confirmed approval, payment is released and refunds are no longer available.
If a dispute cannot be resolved between you and the manufacturer, our support team will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution.
How to request a refund
Email support@ruggenerator.com within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email and a description of the issue.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
