Plans and billing

What is included in Free?

Free gives you a real way to explore the platform before you commit. It includes limited projects, generations, uploads, and storage, with preview output designed for evaluation.

When am I charged for Pro or Studio?

Your trial starts when you add a card. After 7 days, billing begins for the selected plan unless you cancel first.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrades apply right away. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted automatically. If you are over the limits of your new plan, some resources may become read-only until you are back within those limits.

Quotes and custom projects

Who can request a quote?

Free, Pro, and Studio users can request quotes.

Are sent quotes editable?

No. Once a quote version is sent, it stays fixed. Revisions are issued as a new version so the record stays clear.

What does quote approval mean?

Approval confirms that the client accepts the pricing and terms in that quote version. It does not automatically begin production.

Orders, production, and delivery

What is Production Handoff?

Production Handoff is the point where an approved project is prepared for operator-managed production follow-through. In v1, this process is reviewed and managed internally.

How do I track a production order?

Production status appears in your Production Center using clear status stages from new through completed.

Marketplace purchases

What do I receive when I buy a marketplace listing?

You receive the package associated with that listing and license type, along with download access based on the purchase rules for that package.

What is the refund policy?

Marketplace purchases are reviewed under a manual refund policy. Change-of-mind refunds are not generally provided after purchase, except in limited cases such as duplicate charge, delivery failure, or verified defect.

What licenses are available?

Listings may be offered with personal or commercial usage terms, depending on the package. The exact license available is shown on the listing before purchase.

Account, files, and troubleshooting

Are my uploaded source files safe?

Yes. Uploaded source files remain preserved after upload. Platform outputs are derived copies, not edits to your originals.

How long are files stored?

Storage and download retention depend on your plan. Studio includes the longest retention window.

I cannot sign in. What should I do?

Start with password reset. If that does not solve it, contact support and we will help you recover access.
