What is included in the Free plan?

The Free plan lets you explore RugGenerator without a credit card. You can create up to 3 projects, generate design concepts, and browse the marketplace.

Free plan exports include a watermark. To remove watermarks and access higher resolution exports, upgrade to Pro or Studio.

When am I charged?

You are charged when you start a paid subscription and then on the same date each billing cycle — monthly or annually depending on the plan you chose.

Annual plans are charged once per year at a discounted rate. You can see your next billing date at any time in your billing settings.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings.

When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and your billing is adjusted. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I downgrade?

Your plan changes at the end of your current billing period. Until then, you keep access to your current plan's features.

After the change, if you have more projects or assets than your new plan allows, existing content is preserved but you will need to delete some items before creating new ones.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@ruggenerator.com within 14 days.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is handled securely — we never store your card details.
