What do I receive when I buy a design?
When you purchase a design from the marketplace, you receive the design files and a license to use them according to the license type you selected.
Personal licenses are for your own use. Commercial licenses allow use in client or business projects. Exclusive licenses mean no one else can purchase the same design after you. Open licenses place minimal restrictions on use.
Your purchased designs are available to download from your account at any time.
Can I get a refund on a marketplace purchase?
Design purchases deliver files immediately, so we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We will issue a refund if you were charged twice for the same design, if your files could not be delivered, or if the design was materially different from what was described. Contact support@ruggenerator.com within 7 days.

What licenses are available?
Each listing on the marketplace has a license type set by the designer:
Personal — for your own home or personal projects. Not for commercial use.
Commercial — for client work, business projects, or products you sell. Non-exclusive, meaning others can also buy the same license.
Exclusive — you are the only buyer. The design is locked after your purchase and cannot be sold to anyone else.
Open — broad permission with minimal restrictions. The most permissive option.
The license type is shown clearly on every listing before you buy.
Can I use a purchased design for production?
Yes. Purchased designs can be used as the basis for a production order through the RugGenerator network. Your license determines the scope of use — check your license type if you are unsure.
For commercial or production use, a commercial or exclusive license is recommended.
What if a design I purchased is removed from the marketplace?
Your purchase and license remain valid even if the listing is later removed. Your files stay accessible in your account. Marketplace removal only affects future purchases, not yours.
