Managing your account, accessing your files, and solving common issues.
Are my uploaded files safe?
Yes. Files you upload are stored securely and are only accessible to you and, where applicable, to manufacturers fulfilling your production orders.
We do not use your uploaded files to train AI models or share them with third parties.
How long are my files stored?
Your files are stored for as long as your account is active. If you delete a project or file, it is removed from our servers.
If you delete your account, all your files are removed within 24 hours. Purchased design files remain accessible in your account until you choose to delete them.
Can I download all my data?
Yes. You can download a complete export of your account data at any time from your account settings page. The export includes your projects, purchases, quotes, and account history in a standard format.
I can't sign in — what should I do?
First, check that you are using the correct email address. If you signed up with a social account, use that same login method.
If you have forgotten your password, use the forgot password link on the sign-in page to receive a reset email.
If you are still unable to access your account, contact support@ruggenerator.com with your account email address and we will help you regain access.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from your account settings page. Deletion removes your personal information and files within 24 hours.
Financial records associated with purchases are retained in anonymised form as required by law but cannot be linked to your identity after deletion.
I found a bug — how do I report it?
Use the feedback button in the bottom left corner of the app to report bugs directly. Include as much detail as you can — what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
